AI chatbots that answer customers and get work done
An AI agent is a chatbot that can do more than talk. It answers questions from your own documents, prices and policies, and it can take simple actions for a customer, like booking a slot or checking an order. We connect it to the tools you already use, set clear limits on what it may do, and make sure a person takes over whenever it isn’t sure.

Common questions
What is an AI agent, in plain terms?
It’s a chatbot that can also take actions. Besides answering questions, it can follow steps you allow, such as booking an appointment, checking an order or adding a lead to your CRM.
Where can the assistant work?
On your website, inside your app, or in chat apps your customers already use, such as WhatsApp and Telegram. It can also work behind the scenes for your team, for example sorting incoming enquiries.
Will it give customers wrong answers?
No AI is right every time, so we set it up to answer only from information you approve and to say when it doesn’t know. Anything uncertain or sensitive goes to a person. Before launch, we test it against the real questions your customers ask.
Is our customers’ data safe?
The agent only sees the information it needs for its job. Conversations are stored in accounts you own, and we use AI providers’ business services, which don’t use your data to train their models.
What does it cost to run?
Besides the one-time build, AI providers charge a small amount for each conversation. Your written plan estimates the monthly running cost from your expected volume, and we set spending limits so there are no surprises.
How is this different from your automation service?
Automation follows fixed rules, such as moving every new lead into your CRM. An AI agent understands questions however they’re phrased. Many projects use both: the agent talks to the customer and the automation handles the routine steps behind it.
